Maybe I’m mistaken but I think we’re experiencing a science fiction renaissance at the moment. There are so many great series to watch, both new and reruns. I’ve been watching the German show, Dark, on Netflix. It’s incredibly complicated but very gripping. And if you haven’t seen Black Mirror, you must, though I have to warn you, most of the stories won’t beat the quarantine blues, if that’s what you need right now.

Do you have a great sci fi series to recommend? One of the shipmates over on our Facebook page was asking for suggestions, so pop over if you have one, or if you don’t do Facebook, reply to this and I’ll pass the message on.

What an amazing response there was to last week’s ship’s bulletin! So many of my free books were downloaded. If you’re strapped for cash, or you just love free books – and, let’s face it, who doesn’t? – remember most J.J. Green books can be borrowed from your local library via a service called Overdrive

If the old power was bad, this new one? Absolute evil.

Holly Drake and her crew can hardly guess what the new shadow forces will do. Trying to stay a step ahead of them hardly seems like the answer. But what choice do they have?

Bargaining for information from the corrupt underworld, facing down new foes, and pulling side-heists to fund their larger goals is chaotic at best. But, well, it’s the least they can do.

Join Holly Drake for another adventure in the 6-Moons where utopia is a thin disguise for oppression, corruption, and lies.

Publishing News

Arghh! Things are reaching their climax in the first book in my new series, and I still haven’t thought of a title for the book or the series. And it should be ready for Patreon subscribers by the end of October. Hopefully a name will materialise by then, or it may be the book with no name. We’ll see.

Or maybe I should tell you what it’s about and then ask for ideas? Hmm.

Star Mage Saga box sets should be out by the end of September, so remember to check your bulletins for your shipmates’ discount.

Enjoy your books, stay sane, safe and happy!
