There's bad news...and there's good news (x2)!

The response to the picture of the ship’s cat last week was overwhelming, so I found another one for you. He isn’t being quite so cute in this one. It’s at the very bottom of today’s rather long bulletin.

Before the bad news, a quick update on progress with Reprisal, the final episode in the story of humanity’s first deep space colony, Space Colony One. Many shipmates are waiting for the story with bated breath.

Basically, Reprisal progressing more slowly than I would like. Wilder and Miki are in a scrape that’s hard to escape, but they will do it, I’m sure. I don’t think I will have to push back the release date but this is a heads up in case I do. It’s the last book so it’s especially important I get it right.

Bad News on Paperbacks

Wa-waaahhhh. It’s with a sad trombone sound I have to announce that Amazon is increasing paperback printing costs from 20th June.

As a knock-on effect your captain must increase her paperback prices in order to stay in the black. I don’t currently have any box set editions in paperback – on my to-do list – but if you’re interested in copies of any of my single books, click on the paperback box next to the Kindle price.
