Just a quickie bulletin this week, shipmate, to bring you your monthly direct discount code at the JJ Green online store (26TGQAPA9V – valid 48 hours only) and to let you know about an interesting visit the starship took to Sutton Hoo.

If you’ve heard of the film The Dig, Sutton Hoo is where the events of the film took place. It’s the site of an ancient boat burial of a great Anglo-Saxon king, Rædwald. The grave goods served as my inspiration for several items in the Star Legend series, so I’ll be writing a short piece about each item and its significance.

I’ve already written an introductory post in our Facebook group and I’ll be writing another tonight. Now, if you’re rabidly anti-FB, which I can completely understand, don’t worry, you won’t miss out. I’ll be uploading the series to the blog soon and I’ll include a link in the next bulletin.

Scroll to the bottom to see one of the artifacts.

I hope you find something you like at the ship’s store. Don’t forget, this is where you can also download any free prequels you might have missed as well as a few other free books. Or you can use your discount to get JJ Green books and audiobooks a little cheaper than in bookstores.

That’s it for this week. Your captain is super busy finishing off Star Legend book six, The Defiant, and putting together ideas for an epic spinoff series that’ll come out in 2023 after Star Mage Saga and Space Colony One are completed.

Exciting times.

Enjoy your books!
