Hello from Cambridge!
Now that summer’s on its way (here in the northern hemisphere, anyway) your mind is probably turning to thoughts of vacations. Sadly, it looks like many of us aren’t going to be able to get away this year.
Personally, I’d planned to pay a visit to the Welsh Marches, a wide strip of beautiful land that runs along the ancient boundary between England and Wales. My visit was to be partly research for my new series and partly pleasure. But I’ll have to put the trip on hold for the foreseeable future.
At least we still have fictional worlds to escape into, right? One of the worlds open to you is the far future setting of my dark space fantasy, Star Mage Saga. You might already have the first part of the story of the gutsy, somewhat cranky, star mage, Carina Lin, in your free prequel Star Mage Exile.

The sixth part of the Star Mage Saga is progressing well. I can’t tell you much because book five isn’t out yet and so I would give away too many spoilers, but it’s safe to say the title Flight FROM Sanctuary is very apt!
I’ve begun recording Dawn, book three in Shadows of the Void, and I’m working fast. On the other hand, when I try to upload the audio of book one, Generation, to Amazon, the cover is on endless spin. Ah well, such are the joys of indie publishing.
