The news this week is all about covers. The artist sent the mockup of Interstellar Mission the other day. There’s still plenty to do to polish it up but I love what the artist has done so far. You can see the cover here on our Facebook page or here on this website.

Interstellar Mission is nearly finished! I’m going to write the sequel, Humanity’s Fight, before going back and redrafting the first book. I plan to release both books in July, quickly followed by Final Onslaught if I can manage it.

I don’t want to give away too much, but we meet some more alien species inInterstellar Mission, and it isn’t too much of a spoiler to say some of the action takes place offplanet.

The two bargain books this week are a quirky pair. Blackbeard Superbox is a great deal, with seven books for 99 cents. Murder is Messy is quite the contrast as a funny mystery science fiction first in series.

7 novels. 2 complete series.

In the aftermath of an interstellar war with an alien race, Captain James Drake is unjustly court martialed. But Drake won’t go down without a fight. Rather than surrender, he’ll lead his loyal crew into the frontier worlds to repair and rearm. Fighting the treacherous Lord Admiral Malthorne, Drake makes alliances with aliens and smugglers to clear his name and defeat treason in his beloved homeland.

The bestselling STARSHIP BLACKBEARD and SENTINEL series, now in a complete compilation for the first time, is 1,500 pages of space battles, alien wars, and interstellar politics.

In space, no one can hear you clean.

Most people want fame and fortune, but not Triana Moore. She prefers programming maintenance bots and eating vendo food in the solitude of the space station’s control center.

But when a highly connected security agent interrupts her routine with stories of murder and missing bodies, Triana can’t ignore him; it’s cooperate or find a new job. A girl has to pay the rent, even on a crappy studio compartment.

Since working with a shiny detective beats a shuttle dirt-side, Triana lends her programming skills to Agent O’Neill’s investigation. Together, they find more victims and evidence of a major cover-up.

A killer with a clean-up crew means money—lots of money, and connections—just the kind of notice Triana tries to avoid. Following the clues leads them to the wealthiest levels of the station, uncovers long-hidden secrets, and puts the killer on notice.

It will take all Triana’s technical talents, most of O’Neill’s connections, and some really excellent croissants to stop the murders, save her job, and ultimately, her life.
