It feels a little weird to be writing the ship’s bulletin on a day when momentous events are taking place, but it’s Tuesday around 9 pm, so dang it, come hell or high water the ship’s bulletin is going out!
Talking of high water, it’s been raining almost non-stop for weeks in many parts of the UK, which means it’s been hard to get outside. It’s probably just as well because relocating to a village outside Cambridge has brought the predictable distractions and many mundane tasks far less interesting than writing, such as the dreaded unpacking.
(Please excuse the pile of cardboard boxes and bubble wrap on the ship’s bridge.)
Unfortunately, this has meant the release of The Valiant to Patreon subscribers has been delayed by a few days. In audio book news, I’m disappointed to report that the company that uploads audio books to Amazon’s affiliated company, Audible, still hasn’t published the books. However, the first six books of Shadows of the Void and the box set of books 1 – 3, The Galathea Chronicles, are available at most other audio book sites, including Kobo, Audiobooks.com, Googleplay, and libraries via Bibliotecha and Overdrive.
