It’s been hard to keep the old nose to the grindstone lately because the UK is enjoying an Indian summer. Last Sunday was beautiful, so I combined a bit of book research with a visit to Wandlebury Hill Fort (see the pic at the bottom of the bulletin. Those are highland cattle under the trees).
What does an iron age hill fort have to do with science fiction, I hear you ask? Ha! You won’t get me to reveal the plot of my next series so easily. But, as I’ve already said, it’s tied in with British mythology. Some scenes are even set in future Wales.

Publishing News
I’ve confirmed dates for a final proofread of the new series with a lovely shipmate who helps me out. Eeek! Better think of a title pretty darn quick. Titles are the second hardest task of book writing. The absolute hardest is writing the description. I’ll probably ask for your feedback on that.
The boxset of Star Mage Saga books 1 – 3 comes out in a few days and will go on sale especially for shipmates in the next bulletin.
After ANOTHER round of edits, the Shadows of the Void audio books are creeping towards publication.
