Your captain has a good excuse. She was putting the final touches to Star Mage Saga book eight, Galactic Rift. What a strange turn that book took as Carina Lin faced yet another hiccup on her journey to Earth. I can’t tell you more without giving spoilers, but if you don’t know her story yet you can pick up the free prequel below.
Star Mage Saga is currently part of Amazon’s Kindle Unlimited programme, which means the ebooks are only available at that store, though paperbacks and audiobooks are on sale at other bookstores too.
Shipmates sometimes get annoyed about Amazon exclusivity. All I can say is my books go out to Patreon supporters (like Dan Archibald – thanks for upping your pledge, Dan!) a whole month before they go live at Amazon. AND all my series go out to Kobo, Apple, Google Play and Barnes and Noble when they’re complete.
Can I say fairer than that? Possibly. The ship’s cat certainly thinks so. He disapproves of most things I do but sometimes he’s warm and cuddly, as you can see in the pic at the bottom of the bulletin.
