At the risk of sounding like an old fogey, I’d like to say that some things I used to love to eat are no longer available or – as I found out this week – hard to come by.
Now that The Defiant is out and the Star Legend series is complete, barring a couple of stories, on Friday the starship officers took a whole day off ! We went to Tollesbury Salt Marshes in Essex and stopped at a fish and chip shop on Mersea Island for lunch. (That’s a clue for you.)
We discovered some things on sale that your captain’s brother had assured her no one sold anymore. What were they? Scroll to the bottom of the bulletin and see if you recognise them, or take a guess.
