Space Colony One
Did you hear the news earlier this week that three planets with roughly the same mass as Earth have been discovered only 12 light years away? The planets aren’t within the zone where we think life can exist, but I thought the discovery was exciting nonetheless.
The news was especially significant to me because I finally began writing my new scifi series, which is a space colonisation saga. I call it a saga because this story is going to be long and involved and include plenty of drama and intrigue. My newsletter image this week is cropped from the cover. Another momentous event since I last wrote to you was the conclusion of the most recent Game of Thrones series. What a finale to an amazing series. I love how all the characters are so rich and diverse. I mentioned my favourite character on Facebook earlier this week. Can you guess who it is without peeking?
